Gwendolyn Nadine St. Germain (née Clark)

Gwendolyn “Gwen” Νadine St. Germain was born Οctober 22, 1928 in Central Ρoint, Οregon to Αaron and Εdna Clark.  She passed away on June 18, 2013 in Ρorterville, CΑ.

Gwen was raised in Medford and Central Point, Oregon.  On June 15, 1946 she married her best friend and soul mate Arthur James St. Germain in Reno, Nevada.  Gwen worked for Josten’s for 10 years in the shipping department; she also worked for Senior Pistachios in the packing houses and also at Skinny and Mary’s Drive Inn.  Her hobbies included sewing, embroidery, painting, ceramic painting, doll collecting and doll making.  Gwen belonged to the Doll Club, Ladies Auxiliary VFW and was a member of the St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Porterville.

She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur St. Germain in 2007.  Gwen leaves behind her children to cherish her memory: Tari and Denny Schultz of Mitchell, South Dakota, Sheryl and Ted Hall of Porterville, Vonna and Orville Wallace of Porterville, Joe St. Germain of Terra Bella, Tom and Debbie St. Germain of La Mesa, CA.  She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held for Gwen on Saturday, June 22, 2013 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at 457 N. Palm St., Porterville, CA.
